TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE ZODIACSTATS FREE STATS SERVICE:

To use the ZodiacStats.com free service, you will be given some HTML code to put on pages you wish to track. The code will show a small button (88x31) on your page.  It doesn't matter where you place the code and button on your webpage, but the button must be visible.  We do periodic checks of accounts to ensure that the button hasn't been removed or modified.

Spam Free Privacy Policy: ZodiacStats.com does not use your email address for any other purpose than to occasionally communicate about important or relevant changes to your ZodiacStats service.  This might include notification of work being done on the server, or other news which directly affects your account.  Your email address is not sold or rented to any other company. You are allowed to create unlimited number of accounts, however an email address cannot be associated with more than one account. To use another account, you will need to use another email address.  If you signup with a false email address and that email gets "bounced" back to us as undeliverable, your account will be deleted.

You may cancel your participation at any time. Simply remove the code from your website, and your account will automatically be purged by the database. ZodiacStats.com reserves the right to remove accounts for web sites that do not abide by this agreement, or to remove any site which receives no hits in the first 14 days following signup.  In other words, use it or lose it :)

ZodiacStats.com does not tolerate users who spam. Any user of our service who promotes their website through spam that contains our stats code will immediately be terminated, no questions asked!  It reflects badly on us and we end up with your hate mail.

Sorry, but we don't permit ZodiacStats buttons to be used on porn sites, TGPs, or toplists.  All are designed to elicit extraordinary traffic which could be detrimental to other users of the ZodiacStats service and which could put an unnecessary strain on our server.  If you have a porn site and need a decent counter, we recommend PayCounter.  It should go without saying, but you are not permitted to use ZodiacStats on websites which encourage racism, hate crimes, illegal activities (warez, piracy), etc. 

You must sign up using accurate information!  If you don't indicate the correct, exact url  where you intend to use your ZodiacStats code, or if you use a false email address, your account may be terminated.

You acknowledge and agree that your web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by ZodiacStats.com to create lists of member sites, lists of top sites, and to otherwise promote the service. ZodiacStats.com retains all ownership and all rights to this site content, logo, software, databases, reports, and information. ZodiacStats.com's services are provided "AS IS".

ZodiacStats.com makes no guarantee of availability of the statistical program or the data and is held harmless in the event of loss or interruption of service of any kind.  We'll do our very best to be 100% reliable, but some problems are beyond our control.

ZodiacStats.com reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time.
